Arvid Nordquist of Sweden
The most sustainable coffee you can buy!
Arvid Nordquist's story is a particularly sustainable one. All coffee is 100% organic Arabica and fairly traded. The packaging is free of aluminum and petroleum. Roasting is done without the use of fossil fuels, using biogas. And if all of this wasn't unique enough, the entire CO2 footprint created throughout the entire business chain is also 100% offset.
With Amigas we also present an outstanding project for "Female Empowerment". More information can be found here (in English):
Felicetti monograin
Super premium pasta of the world class!
The Felicetti family has been producing pasta of the highest quality in Val di Fiemme, in the heart of the Dolomites World Heritage Site, at an altitude of 1,000 m, since 1908.
For the "Monograno" product line, rare types of grain are used, which give the pasta an incomparable taste.
All raw materials are organically grown and the water and air of the Dolomites are particularly pure.
It goes without saying that this super-premium pasta is extruded through bronze dies, which gives its surface a rough finish that absorbs sauces particularly well.
A particularly slow drying process ensures that the taste of the pasta becomes even more intense.
You should definitely try the varieties Farro (emmer), Matt (durum wheat), Il Capelli (durum wheat) and Kamut Khorasan®! More information can be found here (in English):

Cornish Sea Salt
Known around the world, at home in Cornwall!
Cornish Sea Salt is the only sea salt producer in the world that uses traditional methods to hand-harvest the salt from the particularly pure sea water (Grade A) off the coast of Cornwall. The salt house is located just 8 meters from the shore. Each package is packed by hand and the packaging protects the product ideally. This special geological location gives the salt a unique mineralization. This makes it possible to produce a more intense flavor with less salt.
Cornish Sea Salt has a particularly crunchy texture in both the "Crystals" and the "Flakes" and takes your cooking to the next level.
Some of the world's most famous restaurants use Cornish Sea Salt.
